story.

Driving along the 5 Highway between Los Angeles and San Francisco, acres of once green land are now bare, and signs saying, "Congress Created Dust Bowl" sprout up where crops once grew. The destitution of Central Valley and Coastal farms is an imbroglio of politics, lack of State subsidies, shut off irrigation, drought, and an interest to protect fragile ecosystems in California's northern region. Can land use along the 400 miles between Northern and Southern California be re-envisioned and reinvented?
